What is Fares Application?
FARES is a transportation application that employs cutting-edge technology and is primarily designed to provide customers with comfort, safety, and satisfaction. FARES offers a set of various services, each with its own distinct features, ranging from simple transportation to elegant, premium, along with extra comfort family rides.
What are the vehicle types available?
There are three vehicle types serving you as a passenger:

FARES ECO Rides: The perfect choice for your daily rides, with FARES ECO you will enjoy comfortable, affordable, and pleasant rides. All our trips are priced competitively, where you can save on each trip and GO Further.

FARES Premier Rides: Ride differently with top-notch vehicles, equipped with luxurious seats and many other features. FARES VIP drivers are rated over 4.75/5, and completed at least 100 trips, so you can rest assured with the “VIP Knight”.

FARES FAMILY Rides: Never ride alone with FARES FAMILY, we provide you with SUV vehicles that can fit up to 6 passengers coupled with an extra luggage area and extra comfort room. FARES FAMILY is your perfect choice for long-distance and city-to-city trips.
What are Fares’ rates?
Fares Eco rides:
Base fare: 3.8 SAR
Per-KM rate: 1.06 SAR
Per-Minute rate: 0.25 SAR
Waiting per-minute rate: 0.43 SAR
Minimum fare: 9 SAR
Cancellation fee: 9 SAR
Schedule fee: 5 SAR
Fares Premier rides:
Base fare: 4.75 SAR
Per-KM rate: 1.35 SAR
Per-Minute rate: 0.38 SAR
Waiting per-minute rate: 0.38 SAR
Minimum fare: 11 SAR
Cancellation fee: 11 SAR
Schedule fee: 6 SAR
Fares Family rides:
Base fare: 5.7 SAR
Per-KM rate: 1.35 SAR
Per-Minute rate: 0.45SAR
Waiting per-minute rate: 0.5 SAR
Minimum fare: 15 SAR
Cancellation fee: 15 SAR
Schedule fee: 8 SAR

How to create an account?
After downloading the app from the store, open the app then press on sign up and fill all of the required fields like:

First name

Mobile number

Email address
Please read our terms and conditions, then press the accept button, then press on create account.
I forgot my password
Open the application then follow these steps:

Press the Login button.

Press forgot password.

Enter the registered phone number or email.

Wait for the authentication code.

Enter the authentication code then press on verify.

Enter your new password and confirm it.
-
Re-login using your new password.
How to request a ride?
In your App screen, choose your destination, confirm your pickup location, and press ride now.
Wait for your driver and have a safe trip.

Before booking your ride, please make sure to use one of our active promo codes on your screen.
How to add favorite locations?
After entering your pick-up/drop location, you will see a favorite icon “heart” on the right side, press on the icon then press save.
Can I delete my account?
If you are not happy with our service, please talk to one of our customer service representatives, and if you still wish to stop using our application, you can delete it from your device.
What to do if I lost an item on a trip? / How to report a lost item?
Please contact one of our customer service representatives, provide them with your registered email or phone number along with trip information and they will follow the required course.
How to cancel a ride?
You need to press on cancel button, but you will be entitled to cancelation fees.
My ride didn’t arrive, what should I do?
Contact the driver, if the driver confirms that he can't serve you call the customer service to re-inverse the detected amount.
How long can the driver wait for me?
The driver will wait for you for three minutes with no charge, then you will be charged depending on the service you requested. The list of fines is available above in “Service Types”
How to rate the driver?
After the trip is finished you will be automatically directed to the section
Where you can rate your trip
I have an issue with my trip. How can I review my trip history?
In-app from the side-menu select on my trips you will find your completed and canceled trips.
I didn’t receive my voucher or reward
Please contact the customer service and we will serve you diligently
How can I contact the driver?
After the trip is accepted by the driver details will appear
How to contact customer support?
You can contact us via live chat from within the app. Go to “Settings” then “Live Chat”.
You can also contact us via email or phone number by visiting our website (fares-app.com) and then go to “Contact Us”.
Customer Support operating hours are:

Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm in Saudi Arabia's local time ( +3 GMT).

Fridays and Saturdays from 1 pm to 10 pm (+3 GMT).

How to become a Fares driver?
After downloading the app from the store, open the app then press on sign up and fill in all required details.

Please read our terms and conditions, then press the agreement button, then press "create account".
What are the vehicle requirements?

The vehicle production year must be less than 5 years.

All other requirements should follow transportation authority rules and regulations.
How to update my vehicle documents?

From your application screen press on settings.

All your uploaded documents are shown on your screen, Also you can call customer support at any time for assistants
I’m online but I don't receive trips

Make sure that your application status is set to “Online”.

Check your internet data balance.

How to change my vehicle type?

Contact our customer service to change your vehicle type if you meet the requirements.

How much do Fares take from the trip fare?
